About Michael Boni, PT, CAT(C), ATC, FCAMPT, CAFCI

 

Michael is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Therapist in Canada and is also Certified as an Athletic Trainer in the U.S.A.

 

 

Michael’s treatment expertise is in the field of manual therapy as he holds a post-graduate Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

 

 

He has extensive experience in private practice, treating primarily in the area of orthopaedics and sports rehabilitation.   Michael volunteered as a therapist at many national and international sporting events including the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, the 2003 Canada Winter Games in New Brunswick and the 2005 Maccabiah Games in Israel.

He stays current as member of various associations and committees.  He is also an Instructor in the post-graduate Diploma Program of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

In addition, Michael is a part-time faculty member at York University in Toronto, where he teaches Athletic Therapy courses to students of the Kinesiology and Health Sciences program.
